You stretch. You move. You tell yourself next weekend will be different. But the tension keeps returning. Your body never fully lets go, movement starts to feel like just another thing to fit into an already full schedule, and weekends disappear without real recovery. You know time in nature helps, but it’s always postponed, waiting for a “better” moment that never quite arrives. What was meant to help you reset slowly turns into another thing you feel behind on.

Over time, this kind of stress doesn’t stay surface-level. It settles into your body, shaping how you move, how you rest, and how much space you allow yourself to take up. Even when you’re doing “all the right things,” ease still feels out of reach.

Stress doesn’t resolve itself with time. It settles in quietly, steadily until your body forgets what ease feels like. And yet, recovery doesn’t have to mean stepping away from your life or starting over somewhere new.

There’s another way to move, recover, and reconnect without quitting your job or uprooting your life.

burnout doesn't heal itself without change

This is movement that stays with you long after you leave the trail.

Leave feeling grounded and clear, not drained

Practice outdoors, with nature as part of the experience--not the backdrop

Build strength and mobility you can actually use day to day

Release chronic stress through breath-led, functional movement

This isn’t about perfect poses or studio routines. It’s about movement that works where you live: outdoors, in real conditions, in a real body. Here’s what changes when nature becomes part of your practice:

an improved quality of life

Guided movement and breathwork help release tension and reset.

move, breathe, reset

a few grounding facts

I believe the cure for burnout isn't another productivity hack, but remembering you're part of something bigger than your inbox.

After my own corporate escape led me to the Pacific Crest Trail, I discovered what I'd been missing: the kind of presence that only comes when you stop performing and start breathing. A knee injury that forced me to slow down became my greatest teacher.

Now I guide others through the same transformation, not because I have all the answers, but because I know what it feels like to feel completely disconnected from yourself. And I know the way back.

fun facts you'd never guess

meet your adventure guide, Sierra

Bring a yoga mat or towel, water, and layers appropriate for the weather. If you don’t have a mat, that’s okay, just bring something comfortable to practice on. Locations are chosen to be accessible, and you’ll get a reminder email beforehand with everything you need to know.

What do I need to bring (& what if I don’t have all the gear)?

Classes are planned with safety and comfort in mind. If conditions are genuinely unpleasant or unsafe, you’ll be notified ahead of time with clear next steps (reschedule, credit, or refund). Light clouds or cool air? That’s part of the magic. Think adventure, not inconvenience.

What happens if the weather isn’t perfect, do i get a refund?

Absolutely! Outdoor movement actually creates a more comfortable environment for beginners. Without mirrors and with more personal space, new practitioners often feel less self-conscious. I offer modifications for all levels and provide extra attention to those just starting their wellness journey.

I'm new to this idea. is this right for me?
